📌 Key Trading Terms – For Buyers
- LPG Supply via Iran: We facilitate procurement from Iranian petrochemical complexes under IEE regulations. Full compliance with SWIFT, AML, KYC.
- Payment Security: 10% contract value deposited into UAE Trust Account as performance guarantee before production begins.
- Delivery Options: FOB Bandar Abbas or Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer in Fujairah waters upon coordination.
- MAF Fee: 110% of agreed MAF fee due on loading date — covers documentation, logistics approval, and IEE compliance.
- Pricing Model: Final price = IEE rate on loading date, minus fixed discount (-$30/MT) locked at contract signing.
- SPA Required: Signed SPA Framework appointing Trust Iran Co. as your agent in Iran is mandatory.
- Vessel Nomination: Charter Agreement with vessel details (IMO, ETA) required 7 days prior to loading.
📌 الشروط التجارية الرئيسية للمشترين
- توريد الغاز الإيراني: نحن نسهل شراء الغاز من المجمعات البتروكيماوية الإيرانية وفقًا لأنظمة البورصة (IEE). التزام كامل باللوائح الدولية.
- ضمان الدفع: يُودع 10٪ من قيمة العقد في حساب ودي في الإمارات كضمان أداء قبل بدء الإنتاج.
- خيارات التسليم: FOB بندر عباس أو نقل السفن (STS) في مياه الفجيرة بعد التنسيق.
- رسوم MAF: يجب دفع 110٪ من رسوم الإدارة عند التحميل — وتغطي المستندات واللوجستيات والامتثال.
- نموذج التسعير: السعر النهائي = سعر IEE في تاريخ التحميل، ناقص الخصم الثابت (-30 دولار للطن).
- عقد البيع مطلوب: توقيع عقد SPA الذي يعين Trust Iran Co. كوكيل رسمي لكم في إيران أمر إلزامي.
- تحديد السفينة: يجب تقديم اتفاقية تأجير السفينة مع التفاصيل (IMO، ETA) قبل 7 أيام من التحميل.
