1. D2 rate, delivery from Imam port to ship: 540 + 10.
2. Each lot up to 20,000 tons. Delivery one day after deposit & docs.
3. Minimum 5,000 tons every two days; can increase to 20,000 tons/week.
4. Seller unloads cargo from Mahshahr port to buyer’s ship.
5. Payment via money changers; guarantee between parties.
Delivery: Buyer handles deep test; when loading begins, money transfer proceeds.
Condition: Vessel must meet berthing requirements & provide LOI.
